Steven T. Naiser, CFA has been an integral part of Bartlett Wealth Management’s Louisville office, serving as Regional Lead and Senior Portfolio Manager. He provides investment advisory services to a diverse group of private clients and charitable foundations.

Steve received his BS in Information Systems from Eastern Kentucky University and his MBA from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

After several years in information systems and health care management, Steve began his investment industry career when he joined Regent Investment Management in 2000as Vice President and eventually Managing Member. In 2023, Regent joined Bartlett.

Outside of his investment advisory work, Steve is involved in his church and sits on the Finance Committee for Dreams With Wings, a nonprofit which empowers children and adults with developmental challenges through residences, day programs, therapy and behavioral services.

Steve lives in Prospect, Kentucky with his wife and their five children.
