As a problem-solver, Sheila is focused on implementing creative solutions within her work on the Fixed Income team at Bartlett. Sheila is responsible for the strategy and maintenance of fixed income portfolios in her role. She also supports the institutional team with RFP proposals and requests.

Outside of work, Sheila enjoys reading a good book, researching financial topics of interest, and spending time with her Australian Shepherd and Calico cat.
