Kellie serves as the Director of Human Resources at Bartlett Wealth Management in Cincinnati. Kellie champions the development and implementation of the firm’s HR initiatives and oversees the firm’s talent development efforts.

Kellie joined Bartlett in 1996 and has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati, specializing in Personnel Administration. Kellie is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Outside of the office, Kellie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is a proud Cincinnati Bengals fan and enjoys attending the games in downtown Cincinnati. Kellie is also a part of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati’s “Beyond School Walls” program at Bartlett.
