Kayla helps individuals, families, and corporations consider complex financial questions from how to effectively manage their short-term money needs to long-term financial goals such as planning for retirement and how to pass wealth to the next generation. This legacy planning often incorporates philanthropic goals.

Kayla is passionate about helping families dream of their future. This includes budgeting, investing, saving for retirement, tax planning, estate and legacy planning, philanthropy, and insurance coverage.

She also has experience with corporate retirement plans. She has worked with companies on starting 401(k) plans and has managed existing plans by helping companies’ plan sponsors choose and monitor investments as well as providing employee education on investing and retirement planning.

Kayla received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville with a finance major and economics minor. Outside of the office, Kayla stays active in the Louisville community by volunteering with multiple organizations such as the Steven Vanover Foundation and Insight Louisville.

She recently joined Bartlett Wealth Management in 2023 and has 9 years of industry and financial planning experience.
