Prior to joining Bartlett, James was employed at Provident Investment Advisors and Provident Bank, managing investment portfolios for individuals, institutional clients and mutual funds, as well as performing research responsibilities. James is a CFA® Charterholder.

James earned his MBA from Xavier University and his BS from the University of Rio Grande in Accounting.
