Chad D. Kolde, CPA, CFE

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer, Principal

In his dual role as CFO and COO, Chad plays a pivotal role in driving strategic clarity and operational excellence across the firm. As CFO, Chad drives the development of the firm’s financial strategy and execution, with a primary focus on maintaining the firm’s overall financial health. As COO, Chad streamlines the daily operations processes to equip the firm with the resources necessary to deliver a meaningful client experience. He sets the strategic priorities across people, processes, and platforms to drive performance and alignment across the firm as we continue to grow.

Chad provides oversight to several of the firm’s core departments, including Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Trading, Compliance, Information Technology, and Client Service Operations. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team and Management Committee.

Chad is an active member of the greater Cincinnati community, serving as treasurer for both Cincinnati Community ToolBank and Cincinnati Scholarship Foundation. Chad is also a board member of ArtWorks and serves on the Finance Committee of both the Center for Respite Care and St. Ursula Villa School.

Outside of the office, Chad coaches several youth sports teams, including football for the Cougar Football Program, baseball for Anderson Township Little League, and basketball for the St. Ursula Villa School. When he’s not on the field or court, Chad is devoted to spending quality time with his two boys and wife of 15 years.
