As a compliance associate, Bethany works closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure that the firm’s rules and regulations are aligned with industry standards. She verifies that corresponding entries and outside activities are logged accordingly and that firm members are following the appropriate guidelines.

Before joining Bartlett, Bethany worked at Clark Schaeffer Hackett as an Audit & Tax Support Specialist for 6 years. Prior to that, she worked at US Bank in Wealth Management for 12 years, specializing in client service, credit analysis and loan documentation. Before assuming her role as Compliance Associate of the firm, Bethany worked as a Client Relationship Associate at Bartlett for 4 years.

When not in the office, Bethany enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and baking, and supporting FC Cincinnati. Bethany is also a talented singer, performing at the 2000 Inauguration ceremony of George W. Bush in Washington D.C. with her college choral ensemble and the national anthem solo at several University of Louisville home basketball games. Most recently, Bethany sang the national anthem solo once again, but this time at one of the FC Cincinnati games in 2024.
