My Story

Troy joined Bartlett in 1991 and has 28 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Bartlett, Troy was a credit analyst with a major investment research firm and nationally recognized ratings agency in Chicago. He has extensive experience in corporate and municipal credit analysis. Troy earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University in 1989, and B.S.M.E. from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology in 1982.

Troy is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He also serves as treasurer of the board of trustees for not-for-profit, Public Media Connect, the parent company to public television stations CET in Cincinnati and ThinkTV in Dayton, Ohio.

Troy has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager for the past 3 years.

Investment Advisor, Principal

Troy is a Principal of the firm and an Investment Advisor, with responsibility for fixed income strategy and security selection within Bartlett’s fixed income strategies. Troy advises high net worth individuals as well as not-for-profit clients, foundations, endowments and Taft Hartley plans. Troy meets with clients regularly to review their portfolio’s performance, risk characteristics and investment strategy. Troy serves on Bartlett’s Strategic Asset Allocation Committee and also on its Investment Oversight Committee.
