Will is responsible for supporting the financial planning advising teams by preparing planning materials, running scenarios, and helping implement any strategy changes needed to clients’ comprehensive plans to help them meet their financial goals.

Will joined Bartlett in 2025, following his graduation from the University of Cincinnati, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and Finance. Prior to joining the firm full-time, Will served as a Wealth Management Co-Op during the fall of 2024, gaining exposure to the firm’s processes and culture ahead of his full-time role.

Outside of the office, Will remains a fan of his high school alma mater, Elder High School, supporting their sports teams and staying connected with the community. Will is also a member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati’s Beyond School Walls program at Bartlett. He is also an internal committee member of the Bartlett Emerging Leaders (BEL) young professionals group at Bartlett.
