Tim A. Back, CFA, CAIA serves as Director of External Manager Research at Bartlett Wealth Management in Cincinnati. He leads the identification and evaluation of specialist investment partners across both public and private markets. He also plays a key role in shaping client portfolio strategy and communication by contributing to Bartlett’s Strategic Asset Allocation and Market Charts Committees.

With over 17 years of experience in the investment industry, Tim previously held leadership roles at First Financial Bank as Director of Equity & Alternative Investments and Director of Research. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), demonstrating his knowledge in both traditional and alternative asset classes.

Tim lives in Mason with his wife and their three daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and coaching his daughters’ soccer and basketball teams.
