In her role as Human Resources Specialist, Kim is responsible for payroll administration and onboarding processes for new employees of the firm.

Kim joined Bartlett in 2024 and has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Organizational Leadership.

Kim currently resides in Maineville, OH, with her husband and their cats and dogs. She is also a member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Cincinnati’s Beyond School Walls program at Bartlett.
