Glaiza S. Hines is a Client Support Associate at Bartlett Wealth Management in Cincinnati. In her role, she supports advisory teams with day-to-day operations and administrative functions related to client accounts.
Glaiza joined Bartlett in 2025 as a Front Desk Associate and transitioned into her current role in January 2026. Prior to joining Bartlett, Glaiza spent six years working at the Renaissance Cincinnati Hotel, most recently, as an Executive Assistant/Accounts Payable Assistant and previously Front Desk Ambassador.
Glaiza earned her Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation.
Outside of work, Glaiza enjoys exploring the city with her family. She is originally from the Philippines and currently resides in the Oakley neighborhood of Cincinnati with her daughter.
