Cole’s passion for investing began at a young age, when he first developed an interest in financial markets and public equities. Today, he brings that curiosity to his role at Bartlett, helping clients navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence. Cole places an emphasis on aligning investment strategies with each client’s unique goals and values. He prides himself on being a dependable partner, known for providing thoughtful, well-researched guidance to his work at the firm.

Cole earned his BSBA in Finance and BS in Economics from the University of Louisville. He is also a CFA ® Charterholder.

Cole began his career as a Client Portfolio Management Analyst at Goldman Sachs. He most recently held the position of Senior Analyst at Venture First, a boutique alternative investment management and financial services provider to lower middle-market, growth-oriented businesses.

Outside of the office, Cole is on the board of the Steven Vanover Foundation, a Louisville-based nonprofit dedicated to funding rare cancer research and supporting patients and their families, where he serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is also the head coach of the boys’ basketball team at South Oldham Middle School in Crestwood, Kentucky. He currently lives in Louisville with his wife and their dog.
