While each individual or organization has specific wealth management needs and goals, we follow a three-step process when working with new clients:
Before hashing out plans for your financial goals, we want to get to know you first. In this initial stage, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with your Bartlett team, discuss your financial situation, and share your dreams, fears, and hopes for the future. We spend the time up front getting to know you, so we can understand all the ways Bartlett can serve you. Our goal is reaching yours—the more we know about how we can do that, the better.
Once we’ve chosen to work together, the next step involves gathering data and building a plan to meet the goals we identified. This is a dynamic process—there will be moving pieces that shift the “first draft” of your wealth management strategy. Your Bartlett team will support you during the ever changing process helping you make the difficult decisions that need to be addressed along the way.
In this final stage, it’s time to put our plan into action. But remember: executing the strategy doesn’t mean we’re finished. Wealth management is an ongoing, continual journey, not a book of charts that gathers dust on a shelf. Our team will continue refining your plan over time. We’ll regularly review and assess your results and goals throughout our relationship, ensuring that our wealth management solutions continue to meet your changing needs.
“At the end of the day, we still need sound advice from real people. Wealth management has always been, and still remains, based on relationships.” — Kelley Downing, President and CEO
