  • Brian F. Antenucci

    Brian F. Antenucci

    Brian F. Antenucci is an Investment Advisor. He provides investment advisory services to high net worth individuals and their families, foundations, endowments and non-profit institutions. Brian received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He is a member of the CFA Institute, School of Business Administration Advisory Council at the University of Dayton, and the Davis Center Graduate Association at the University of Dayton. Before joining Bartlett & Co. Brian served as a Vice President and Portfolio Manager at The Private Client Reserve of U.S. Bank in Chicago. While at U.S. Bank he managed over $230 million of investable assets for institutional and private clients. He also served as a Member of the Equity Research Group, which provided fellow Portfolio Managers with investment recommendations in various equity asset classes. Prior to joining U.S. Bank, Brian served as a Research Analyst for Wintrust Wealth Management in Chicago. At Wintrust, Brian researched companies in the Industrial and Telecommunications sectors for the Large Cap and Mid Cap investment strategies. Brian joined Bartlett & Co. in 2012, and has 10 years of investment experience.

    Michael S. Cambron, CFA

    Mike is an Investment Advisor, focusing his investment management practice on high net worth individuals and their families as well as on trusts and charitable foundations. Mike currently serves as a Director of UNIFI (formerly Union Central Life Insurance Co.) and as a trustee of Children's Hospital Medical Center and a member of its Executive Committee. In the past, Mike has served as Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Salvation Army, Stepping Stones Center for the Handicapped and L.A.D.D. (Living Arrangements for the Developmentally Disabled.) He was also a past president of The Cincinnati Society of Financial Analysts. Mike joined Bartlett & Co. in 1969 after three years active duty in the U.S. Navy. He has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager for the past four years. He has 43 years of investment experience.

    Kelley J. Downing, President and CEO

    Kelley is also a Principal and Investment Advisor, focusing her practice on delivering investment advisory and planning services to high net worth clients, foundations and endowments and qualified retirement plans. She is the lead advisor for our Socially Responsible Investing strategy. Kelley received her MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and BA from Miami University. Kelley is currently President of Cincinnati May Festival, Secretary of Downtown Cincinnati Inc. (DCI), board member of St. Vincent DePaul Charitable Pharmacy, Cincinnati Women Executive Forum, and a member of Executive Leadership Team of the American Heart Association 'Go Red for Women' campaign. Previously, Kelley has served on the finance committee of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, the endowment committee of Milford First United Methodist Church, and as a board member of Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation and Cincinnati Union Bethel.     David P. Francis

    Dave is a Principal, Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Analyst. He monitors and implements Fixed Income strategy for Bartlett's fixed income portfolios. Utilizing his extensive experience in developing computer applications, David created many of the proprietary management and market analysis programs used at Bartlett & Co. David received his BS degree in Finance from Ball State University and received his MBA degree in International Business from Xavier University.     William A. Friedlander, CFA, Chairman Emeritus

    Bill serves as the chair of Bartlett’s Strategic Allocation Committee. He was also managing partner and CEO from 1968 until 1989 when he was elected Chairman. Bill received his Bachelors degree from Amherst and attended Harvard Business School. Bill joined Bartlett & Co. in 1957, and has 55 years of investment experience.

    James B. Hagerty, CFA, Executive Committee

    Jim is a Principal, Investment Advisor and a Product Manager for the Bartlett Equity strategies. His investment advisory client base includes individuals and families, trusts, IRA portfolios and charitable accounts. Jim received a BS in Economics from the University of Dayton. He serves on the Executive Committee of the advisory board of the Catholic Inner City Schools Educational Fund (CISE), and the Board of Trustees of St. Margaret Hall. He has served as an Adjunct Professor in the Finance Department at Xavier University, teaching investment analysis courses in the MBA program.     Smith Hickenlooper III (Skip), CFA

    Skip works primarily with high net worth individuals and their families as well as with trust and charitable foundations. Skip received an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology and his BS, with special attainments in business, from Washington and Lee University. Skip currently serves on the board of Trustees of the Ensemble Theatre, where he was formerly treasurer. He is also on the Board of Directors of General Electric Capital Retail Bank and Chair of their Audit Committee. Previously, Skip served on the boards and as president of Center for Chemical Addiction Treatment (CCAT), the Cincinnatus Association, Community Resource Center, and Indian Hill Church. Skip joined Bartlett & Co. in 1975 after ten years in the trust and investment divisions of two banks and two years of active duty with the Army. He was named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2008 and has 46 years of investment experience.

    Laura is a Principal and Investment Advisor who works primarily with individuals and their families in the management and preservation of their wealth, providing financial planning and advisory services. Laura is a cum laude graduate from Xavier University with a BSBA in Accounting. Laura is currently Vice Chair of the Children's Home of Cincinnati, President of Tender Mercies and on the Board of Overseers of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. She serves on the Investment committee of the YWCA of Greater Cincinnati. She previously served on the boards of Ursuline Academy of Cincinnati and the Civic Garden Center of Cincinnati. Laura was a member of Leadership Cincinnati Class XXXII. Laura joined Bartlett in 2004 and has 23 years of investment experience.

Terry received his BS from the University of Kentucky. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Lifepoint Solutions and is a trustee of The Presbytery of Cincinnati. Terry is a past president of the Cincinnati Society of Financial Analysts. He has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager for the past four years. Terry joined Bartlett & Co. in 2001 and has 30 years of investment experience.

Marilyn received her JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio. She received her BA from Penn State University and an MA from the University of Michigan. Marilyn is currently a trustee of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. She is on the finance committee and chairs the investment committee of the YWCA. Marilyn joined Bartlett & Co. in 2001, and has 35 years of investment experience.

    Kyle W. Pohlman, CFA, CAIA, is an Investment Advisor. He focuses on investment management for individuals and their families and foundations and endowments, and performs portfolio analysis. He chairs our alternative asset strategy committee. Kyle is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. Kyle is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a BBA in Finance. Kyle is a member of the UC Foundation Gift Planning Committee. He is the past Co-Chair of Young Professionals of the American Cancer Society (YPACS) where he was involved for 8 years. Kyle is currently a member of Class 9 of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-Change program, a year-long leadership development program for emerging leaders in the Cincinnati area. Kyle was named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2011. He joined Bartlett & Co. in 2003, and has 11 years of investment experience.

Ken received his MBA degree from Xavier University and his BBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati. Ken is a member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati. Ken's community involvement includes serving on the board of trustees for Corryville Catholic School, and as a member of the Program Advisory Committee at Brown Mackie College. Ken volunteers for St. Joseph Church (Crescent Springs, KY) and the Interfaith Hospitality Network of Northern Kentucky. Ken was named a Five Star Wealth Manager in 2008. Prior to joining Bartlett & Co. in 1980, he was employed by a private investment fund and the investment division of a bank trust department. Woody received his BA degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. He currently serves on the investment committee for the Health Foundation. He also serves as a board member of Beech Acres Foundation, the Economics Center, Walnut Hills High School Foundation and the University of Cincinnati Foundation. Woody is a past President of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analysts) Society of Cincinnati. Woody has been named a Five Star Wealth Manager for the past four years.
